MEDICAL LIAISON

Job responsibilities：
1、Complete the formulation of technical strategies, and effectively organize domestic and foreign resources to complete the company's strategic goals;
2、Responsible for the formation of technical team, technical negotiation and execution of technical development contract;
3、Meet the technical support of the marketing team for market development, including the writing of bids, the organization and completion of topics, and the preparation of technical clarification materials, etc.
4、Establish technical routes and platforms for in tumor and other molecular diagnostic fields;
Establish institutional and standardized management such as standard operating procedures (SOP) and quality control system (QC) for project implementation;
5、Cooperate with the company’s project partners on technical research, be responsible for the management and supervision of the entire researching process, and complete qualified research cooperation tasks on time;
6、Be provided with rich experience in product transformation in related fields. Be able to work in a cross-functional team between bioinformatics, data management and software development.

Job requirements：
1、Doctoral degree or postgraduate degree from well-known universities at home or abroad;
5 years or more of technical and R&D work experience;
medical or biological related field working background, the one with tumor, molecular diagnosis, clinical or basic research experience is preferred;
2、Strong capability of working responsibility and execution, rich team management experience, good conduct, full of positive and enterprising spirit;
3、Be familiar with the relevant biomedical regulations and application process in China; strong thesis writing and project application ability; having ability to declare related projects in the medical industry;
4、Those who have undertaken the project independently and published more than 2 high-leveled international journals (with an impact factor of 10 or more) are preferred;
5、Those having clinical work experience and being familiar with the hospital system are preferred;

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Job responsibilities：
1、Responsible for the business development of the company's medical and health product line, including but not limited to hospitals, medical institutions, medical experts, medical associations, etc.;
2、Integrating resources and proposing professional opinions related to cooperation with health care enterprises according to business development. Be able to formulate cooperation plans and complete the business negotiations, supervise and follow up on the projects’ implementation, and be responsible for the results;
3、Manage and maintain medical resources in the field of health care, and be able to promote scientific research cooperation with hospitals and other professional institutions;
4、Build and cultivate KOL relationships and host global medical expert interviews, establish a good cooperative relationship. Organize and implement expert interviews to raise the company's reputation and product exposure according to the abundant content and media material;
5、Search and collect the market trend and policy changes as well as other industry information of the healthy medical industry, decrypt and interpret the useful content into feedback to boost business strategy formulation;
6、Be excellent in market research work, spot the market potential demand, and keep the sensitivity of the partner-related areas, timely hand in feedback and recommendation.

Job requirements：
1、At least 1 or 8 years of work experience in the field of medical and health care, familiar with the medical and health services industry, medical master's degree is preferred.
2、has a wealth of medical and health field cooperation, project negotiation and project advancement experience, with strong market expansion, channel construction, business negotiation skills and actual experience.
